Exhausted - Seeker

Q. Talk about it! I feel exhausted when / because;

I have too many things on the go right now. Like a perfect storm of stuff going on in my life. Too much!

Q. Talk about the levels that are you exhausted, physical, mental or emotional.

I feel that I just can't seem to catch up to things. Every time I see something else to do it stresses me out a little more.

Q. For what reasons did you get into this condition? Were you giving too much time and energy to someone else or is that the way you've always been?

It was kind of quiet before, then I started getting involved in things and it escalated to where it is now. 'Be careful what you wish for' I guess...

Q. Exhaustion is a sign to slow down or stop. It tells us that we're giving to much energy to other interests. It also tells us that we're not giving ourselves enough of our own energy. If you've always been that way, where does the idea of giving up all of your energy come from?

I think I was maybe trying a bit too hard to make things happen and then it all happened at the same time. Now I have to weed out what I want to do and what I don't want to do.

Q. Could this be a way to avoid certain situations by always being busy?

I think I was avoiding having too much time to think about things and it was getting me down so I tried to fill up my time and now I don't have enough to think about things.

Q. Talk about why you think you may not be worthy of your own energy (instead of spending it on other things with exhausting results) or self care? This is a big one for some people who think they have to give most of what they have to others leaving very little for themselves. It sure looks good but you can share more of who you are if you appreciate how you are. Keep giving yourself time to consider some of your own needs because you're important too.

I think I just panicked about maybe being alone too much and starting to believe the negative voices in my head. I think it's about fine tuning, having enough time for myself and time for other things too.
