Q. Talk about it! I feel sad when / because:

I found out today that the neighbor passed away earlier. I didn't know her that well but was getting to know her while she smoked at her door. It makes me think about people's story and how long it takes to really get to know someone.

Q. How does feeling this way impact/affect your life

I just makes me think of how finite it is to be here on earth, what it all means and how this passing will affect me and the others in the apartment complex. I spoke with the caretaker of the block, he's getting up there and so is another of the tenants who commented on how fleeting life is.

Q. Describe your actions and the situation you were in when you first felt the emotion?

Shock, she was just there a couple of days ago and now gone.

Q. If this is a feeling that is not pleasant, how would you like to feel ideally? State the feeling and what it means to you.

I think this is a necessary feeling to help me think about life in general and reassess my own life. Not a bad idea to do on a regular basis anyway.

Yes it makes you think when someone you know passes suddenly. Even though it is sad it makes me think about my own life and whether or not I need to reflect on my own life, if I'm  going through the motions or if I want something else. It's always a good time to think about life but especially when one comes to an end. Hope it made you appreciate the lady who once was anontoo. Cheers
