We are never really alone and yet we are always alone, with our thoughts and interpretations of our experience. If you feel lonely, it could be because you're not used to being with yourself, the one person you are always alone with (although oftentimes distracted so as not to be aware of it). These exercises allow for a deeper understanding of what makes you who you are and when you do that you are better able to focus on where you want to go in the future. Be sure to include your findings in 'Who I am' and 'Who I want to become'
